Refund policy
All prints sold on this store are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind,
personal preference, or differences in appearance caused by screen settings.
However, if your print arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error,
please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Kindly include clear photographs of the issue so that we can review the matter.
Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or reprint
in collaboration with our production partner.
Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible.
